"Took the Santa Express leaving from Richland on December 20th. Third year going, but this year decided to book the First - Class car. Well worth the money! And the Santa was THE BEST SANTA ever! He made the whole trip. Booking again next year..." - Fran H.
"We took our grandsons on Sunday. They are 10 and 4, they had so much fun. Santa spent quite a bit of time with them. Train ride was relaxing for the adults. Very festive too. From the booking to the end very accommodating!! The people that run this are friendly and genuinely nice people. You don't find that these days. We will be back."- Natalie D.
"Such a fun time with our grand daughters. Everyone was so friendly and they kept everything organized even with so many little ones. Santa was terrific! Already planning on coming back next Christmas." - Donna M.
"Another great experience. The train is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The staff are all friendly and truly do everything they can to make sure you have a great experience. They are all so good with the kids and Santa is magical, spending time talking to each child and making sure the families have time to snap pictures. We had a group of 11 and they made sure we were seated together. This trip makes our holiday season." - Dina M.
"We had an outstanding and magical experience on the Santa Express! Thank you for such a wonderful time. The train was very clean, nicely decorated, the workers were all very friendly and welcoming, and the ticket collector and Rudolph were fun and engaging - adding to our experience. There was even an accordion player playing Christmas tunes! We cannot say enough about Santa Claus! He was wonderful! Our 2 y/o wasn’t sure about him at first; he was patient with her as he approached her and asked if he could sit down. She showed him her book and he read it with her! He then asked if she wanted to sit on his lap and she did! He really took his time with not only our little one, but with all the children and families on board. Us “big” kids enjoyed the ride and loved seeing the magic of Christmas through a child’s eyes. Thanks again for the great experience! We look forward to making this our yearly tradition." - Alethea P.
"Santa was so kind to hesitant toddlers, we appreciate that so much!" - Mary D.

"Where else can you go in this area to ride a classic train? There is even a spiffy new locomotive to pull the Santa Express. This is good, wholesome family fun." - Keith E.
"Amazing experience for all ages. Unbelievably friendly staff and a truly nostalgic, memory making experience."- Samuel L.
