Passenger Rail Services-Information

The Passenger Services Office is available for questions regarding train schedules, charter services, special events, as well as ticket issues.

A Seashore Lines representative will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

Please note that the Seashore Lines passenger office is off-season from January 1 to March 1 of each year. Please allow additional response time during this period as passenger excursion service - related emails are not frequently monitored.

Railroad Emergencies

TO REPORT A RAILROAD EMERGENCY OR PROBLEM, CALL 609-212-4222. 

Please be prepared to provide the nature of the emergency, along with the location / ENS information in accordance with on-site signage. 

ENS information is provided on a blue sign affixed to all railroad-highway grade crossing warning devices on the Seashore Lines rail line.
